Growing up in Venezuela, Elisama quickly found her calling while volunteering at her local church. Seeing peoples’ gratitude through their smiles helped her realize that she wanted to pursue a career in dentistry. Elisama was referred to the NXT Level Youth Opportunity Center, which provides resources to individuals 16-24 years old, to assist them in achieving their educational and career goals. 

Richard began his journey with Goodwill nearly 3 years ago, grading and sorting donated goods as a Production Associate at our Goodwill Donated Goods & Retail Operations Center. After six months, Richard was promoted to Material Handler, where he prepares donated goods for processing and shipping in our warehouse.

After her marriage ended, Patricia knew she had to be the financial provider for her and her son. Patricia enrolled in the Good Careers Academy's Medical Assistant program to pursue her passion of helping others and continue her healthcare career.

Jesse is a proud veteran, having served Active Duty for the U.S. Navy from 1979 to 1983 and in the Navy Reserves from 1983 to 1986.

Patrick began his journey with Goodwill nearly 4 years ago, as a Sales Associate at our Goodwill Potranco Store. Now at our Goodwill Commerce Store, Patrick has been promoted to Customer Experience Lead, where he helps his team improve overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Corina began her journey with Goodwill in November 2019, as a Production Associate at our Goodwill Potranco Store. Through a mentorship with her store manager, Ethan, Corina is now the Assistant Store Manager at our Goodwill Fredericksburg Rd. Store.
