Where do I register for completing my community service hours through Goodwill San Antonio?

Individuals are asked to register online by clicking the box at the right.  Once you have completed and submitted your registration form, you will be contacted within 2 business days to set up an orientation time and date. 

Our office is open from 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday-Friday. We are closed on the following holidays:

New Year's Day
Memorial Day 
Juneteenth - June 19th
Independence Day - July 4th
Labor Day 
Thanksgiving Day & the Friday After
Christmas Day - December 25th 


Do I need to attend an orientation?

Goodwill Store at 12332 IH-10 West

Yes, everyone is required to attend a 90-minute orientation. The session is held at the Goodwill Store at 12332 IH-10 West, San Antonio, 78230.

The orientation schedule is below:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
10:00am | 1:00pm | 3:00pm

Tuesday and Thursday
5:30pm 

If you arrive late, you will be asked to attend another session. 


What do I need to bring with me?

You are required to bring the following to orientation:
- Texas issued ID OR Driver's license. If you do not have either of these documents, please bring a document that contains your current picture and your date of birth. Your Probation Officer may be able to provide you with this document.
- Documentation from Parole Officer or Court stating offense and number of community service hours required to complete.
