After Thanksgiving Sales Event Details

Take 25% off one item when you email your order starting at 6:00PM on Friday, November 27th through Monday, November 30th or 15% off one item purchased in the store on Friday, November 27th. One discounted item per customer. 

You may browse our inventory online or in our store. 

The Electronics Store & Customer Service Hours are Monday – Friday from 10:00 AM -4:00 PM.

Things you need to know:

  • With your purchase, a customer account will be created in the Electronic Store system. 
  • The discount does not apply to Technology Access Program (TAP) purchases and can not be combined with other discounts. 
  • You may be eligible to receive a lower price on a laptop or desktop computer if you qualify for TAP.

Take 25% off one item when you place your order via Email:

Please follow the instructions below.

Email your order to: ElectronicStore@goodwillsa.org and include the following:

  • Asset/Part #
  • First and Last Name
  • Contact Email Address and Phone Number
  • Put in the Subject Line: “Ready to Buy Asset#” or include this information in the body of the email.
     

Orders will be taken on a first come first served basis. You may email or call us at 210-271-8806 during normal store hours to ask questions, but know that if someone emails they are ready to buy, they may get the item before you do. 

A confirmation email will be sent with a link to your invoice on Tuesday, December 1st.  Pay for your order before 10:00 AM on Wednesday, December 2nd by credit card via PayPal (no account needed). After payment is confirmed, you will received a scheduled curbside appointment. Pickups will start on Wednesday, December 2nd. Email orders must be paid for within 48 hours or they will be cancelled.

While supplies last, no rain checks.

Return Policy

Request for Returns or Exchange of reusable assets and parts are accepted if made within 30 days from receipt date and include the Goodwill sales order number, asset / part number, and reason for request.
