Goodwill San Antonio To Connect Job Seekers With Employers At April 3 Career Fair

As San Antonio continues to grow and be recognized as one of the top U.S. markets for job seekers, Goodwill San Antonio is committed to connecting skilled candidates with local employers during a career fair the non-profit is hosting on Wednesday, April 3.
The career fair is open to the community and will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 3 at the TriPoint Event Center located at 3233 N. St. Mary’s Street, San Antonio, TX 78212. The event will be attended by more than 50 employers seeking to fill hundreds of full and part-time positions across numerous industries to include manufacturing (Steves and Sons, Takumi Stamping, Inc.), food service (Frontier Enterprises), government entities (City of San Antonio, U.S. Customs and Border Protection), and healthcare organizations (AQTS Home Health and South Texas Center for Pediatric Care).
As a local workforce development leader, Goodwill San Antonio empowers adults and youth to secure their future through education and meaningful employment. The non-profit agency helps to cultivate a skilled and diverse workforce by providing certified vocational training through its Good Careers Academy and offers individualized career services through its Good Careers Centers.

Job seekers should dress professionally, bring an updated résumé and photo identification, and be prepared for on-site interviews.
Individuals needing support prior to the career fair are encouraged to visit a Good Careers Center for assistance with effective résumé and cover letting writing skills, interview exercises, and application submission guidance.
Veterans and individuals with disabilities are encouraged to attend.
