Theresa: A Story of Authenticity

In honor of National Veterans and Military Families Month, we’re proud to shine a light on Theresa, a retired Air Force veteran who began serving our country at just 17 years old.

After 20 years of military service, Theresa retired and transitioned into a role that has allowed her to continue her passion for serving others while staying connected to the military community.

Her journey to Goodwill San Antonio began during a time of organizational change, and her dedication quickly set her apart. Theresa’s commitment and strong leadership skills made such an impact that she was offered a new position within the organization.

Now, as Administrative Contracts Director, Theresa leads with the same dedication and strength that defined her 20 years of military service.

“I lead from a place of respect, love, and value, because that’s what my mom always taught,” Theresa said.
