Starting as an entry-level material handler, Felix has exemplified what growth and ambition look like. Today, Felix continues to inspire those around him! Now, Felix is a warehouse manager at DGR Operations and a recent graduate of our Leadership Development Program. 🚀 “I started from the bottom as a material handler,” said Felix, who has been with Goodwill San Antonio for twelve years. “I’ve been promoted four times already and I’ve done everything in the warehouse – from unloading trucks, team lead, assistant manager, and now manager.
