After facing financial challenges, Leron made it his goal to find stable employment and become financially independent. That determination led him to Goodwill’s Academy and Career Services, where he enrolled in the Manufacturing Bootcamp.
What he didn’t expect was the level of support he would receive along the way. With guidance from his instructor and encouragement from his classmates, Leron stayed committed and kept pushing forward.
Today, he has a new outlook on life and is taking the first steps in his career.
“I’m grateful to have an opportunity like this,” Leron said. “To be a better person and actually see the future a bit clearer than I once did.”
As we celebrate our Academy graduates this month, we’re proud to share stories like Leron’s. Drop him a word of encouragement in the comments
