Frank: A Story of Service

Meet Frank!

For 34 years, Frank has been part of the Goodwill team He is one of our longest-serving team members, and his story is exactly why our mission matters.

Frank started with Goodwill as a student, learning job skills through a school program. Today, he is part of the AbilityOne program, which creates meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. He works overnight at the gym at Ft. Sam Houston, making sure the space is clean, safe, and ready for service members.

Throughout those three decades, Frank has seen new buildings, new contracts, and new faces. But one thing has always stayed the same, his dedication and the consistent work he puts in every single day. Because of him, thousands of people have walked into clean, welcoming spaces.

“I kept coming to work, doing my job, and doing the best I could,” Frank said. “I’m grateful to have a job and to be able to work. It means a lot to me.”

Thank you, Frank! You are an important part of the Goodwill story, and we truly appreciate everything you do.
