"Everybody Needs Someone" How Joseph Serves with Heart

Meet Jospeh,

With two daughters who face daily challenges related to epilepsy and autism, Joseph is driven to make them proud and be someone they can look up to.

From the day he interviewed, Joseph has gone above and beyond to help others. When a customer needed assistance during his interview, he stepped in without hesitation.

“I want to show my girls that there are people who need us,” Joseph said. “Even if they don’t say it, everybody needs someone. This job has shown me that we should help whoever we can.”

Joseph began as a donation attendant at one of Goodwill San Antonio’s attended donation stations. After one year, his passion for helping others led to a promotion as a floating donation attendant. Today, he serves donors across multiple locations and makes each interaction personal and meaningful.

Join us in celebrating Joseph, who reminds us that a little kindness can make a big difference.
