Decisions that Elizabeth made early in life led to her incarceration. She struggled to find employment until hearing about Goodwill from a friend. Her work ethic was noticed and she was quickly hired on full-time and continues to thrive at Goodwill.
A flyer and a phone call led Zackary to Goodwill’s no-cost Construction Boot Camp, where he gained new skills and support to pursue a career in construction.
After moving from Afghanistan to San Antonio, Mohammad turned to Goodwill San Antonio’s NXT Level program for support. Today, he has earned his GED, enrolled in college and is pursuing a future in technology.
When Henry moved to San Antonio, finding a job was his top priority. He visited a Goodwill San Antonio Career Center for help with his resume, not knowing the visit would lead him to an opportunity at Goodwill.
