You can enter one shopper and one donor survey per location each day.
How to Enter:
- Step 1: Text “Survey” to 833-353-7233 or scan the QR code in the store or on the back of your donation card. (Each store has a unique location ID that needs to be entered.)
- Step 2: Choose the survey you want to take: Shopper or Donor.
- Step 3. Answer two quick questions about your experience.
- Step 4: At the end, opt in to the gift card drawing by entering your full name and email address.
