Hire Our People – Join us in creating opportunities that transform lives! As a Goodwill Employer Partner, you can hire skilled graduates and program participants from our Medical Assistant, Nurse Aid, Pharmacy Tech, Administrative Professional, and CDL programs. We also connect employers with job-ready individuals from our youth (16-24) program, re-entry programs specializing in manufacturing and manual labor-intensive industries, and diverse participants served through our Career Services Centers. Partnering with us gives you access to dedicated talent while making a meaningful impact in your community.
Support Their Journey- You can also make a difference by becoming a Scholarship Partner, helping to cover education and training tuition costs for individuals seeking career advancement. Your support empowers students to gain the skills they need for sustainable employment and a brighter future.
Partners for Good
Goodwill San Antonio’s Partners for Good program offers local 501(c)(3) nonprofits a unique fundraising opportunity. Your organization earns money based on the number of bins filled with gently used clothing and household items during your donation drive.
