What to Expect

In accordance with the Bexar County and City of San Antonio Executive Order, Goodwill San Antonio requires everyone to wear a face covering while in our facilities as it is the right thing to do to keep our community as safe as possible during this time.  This simple act of courtesy and safety is one that Goodwill San Antonio customers, clients, and employees can undertake together to prioritize our community’s health.  Customers shopping at our Clearance Center are required to wear gloves while shopping.

Everyone is asked to adhere to COVID - 19 social distancing protocol. Social Distancing signs have been placed throughout the stores as reminders. Additionally, six feet markers have been placed at the register area to guide you during the check out process. We have also installed Plexiglass shields at the registers for added protection for our cashiers and customers.

Cleaning supplies are available for shoppers to disinfect shopping carts prior to using. We are also continuously disinfecting high traffic surfaces throughout our stores and providing hand sanitizer for customer use at our register area. Additionally, our store management is monitoring traffic level to ensure we adhere to the current occupancy limitation mandate. Therefore, we ask individuals ages 15 year and young refrain from visiting the Clearance Center at this time.
