FAQs
Who is eligible to do court-ordered community service?
Anyone aged 16 and older can apply to volunteer. Court-ordered community service participants must have offenses approved by our Volunteer Services team.
What types of tasks will I be doing?
Volunteer tasks vary by location and need. You might help organize donations, stock shelves, or organize shelves.
Does Goodwill accept all offenses?
No, Goodwill reserves the right to approve or deny any and all offenses.
I submitted an application, how long until I hear back?
Once you have completed and submitted your application form, you will be contacted within two business days.
Do I have to attend orientation?
Yes! Orientation varies from one to one and a half hours and must be completed before starting any community service at one of the following store locations.
