Goodwill maintains a continuous cycle of quality improvement and strives to provide excellence in service to our customers. Our quality journey has led us to pursue certifications in various areas of our organization.
Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF)
Goodwill maintains the highest level of CARF accreditation in our workforce development unit. Our workforce development staff is trained to offer services and re

Texas Award for Performance Excellence
We were also recently named a recipient of the 2006 Texas Award for Performance Excellence, the state’s highest honor for quality and organizational performance. This award recognizes Texas organizations that excel in performance, quality and customer satisfaction and is one of the most respected state programs. We are the first community based non-profit to receive this recognition! This Baldrige based state awards program can be reviewed further at www.texas-quality.org.
Baldridge National Quality Program
As Goodwill continues its journey to world-class performance, the organization is internally assessing its performance against the Malcolm Baldridge National Standards. A formal application to the program is expected in 2008. For more details about the Baldridge National Quality Program, visit their website at www.quality.nist.gov.
