Mentoring Program
Goodwill Industries Mentoring Services is in search of Volunteers for a new Mentoring Program.
The purpose of the Program is to provide participants of diverse populations with a caring and trusted Guide to provide support and inspiration. Mentors will help participants in their effort to become successful in their career and personal development.
General Description of Volunteer duties: Volunteer Mentors will meet with Non-Violent ex-offenders and Special Needs Adults for one hour a week at one of the Goodwill Industries locations. In some instances, individuals with criminal histories (no assault or sexual convictions) who have turned their life around may be considered for Volunteer Mentor assignments.
If you or anyone you know have a true desire in making a direct and significant impact on our community please contact Diane Trujillo – Mentoring Coordinator, (210) 924-8581 or email by clicking here.
Please help us promote this very worthwhile program by sharing this information with people in our community.
"Getting the most out of life isn't about how much you keep for yourself, but how much you pour into others" David A. Stoddard (The Heart of Mentoring)
