Advertising and PSAs
Goodwill has a responsibility to be a good steward of the resources we so gratefully receive from shoppers, business partners and donors. Our promotional outreach is accomplished largely through Public Service Announcements provided by television, radio, and newspaper media. Our PSA efforts are supplemented by limited paid media that is used to both promote our mission and to encourage shopping at our Goodwill stores.
Our 2008 campaign is “it all starts with re-”. The theme captures the positive changes that come about from working with Goodwill by focusing on relevant words beginning with the prefix “re” (which means to start again or do over). Developed in partnership with blueground, a San Antonio-based marketing firm, we feel this theme communicates the life changing services Goodwill offers and gives individuals many ways to support our mission.
